Remote assistance

If you were instructed by us, here is the procedure to download TeamViewer that will allow us to assist you remotely.

1. Download the TeamViewer client

2. Open TeamViewer

2.1. Double click the downloaded file

This won't install anything on your computer.

2.2. Choose the option "Yes" and wait a few seconds until TeamViewer loads.

In Windows Vista or Windows 7 you may see this prompt. Please choose "Yes".

2.3. Call LabOrders and provide the TeamViewer "ID" and "Password"

This will allow us to connect to your computer and assist you remotely.

1. Download the TeamViewer client

2. Open TeamViewer

2.1. Double click the downloaded zip file

It will unzip the module to the same folder.

2.2. Double click the unziped file and wait a few seconds until TeamViewer loads.

This won't install anything on your computer.

2.3. Call LabOrders and provide the TeamViewer "ID" and "Password"

This will allow us to connect to your computer and assist you remotely.
